Refund and Cancellation Policy

Account owners may cancel a Slot Reply subscription from the dashboard or by emailing admin@ondravan.com. Cancellation stops future renewal. Access continues until the end of the already-paid billing period unless the account is deleted earlier.

Subscription charges are generally non-refundable once the paid period begins, except where required by applicable law. We will investigate duplicate charges, an incorrect amount, a payment captured without account activation, or a verified billing error.

Send the request within seven days of the charge with the payment/order identifier. Do not email card details, bank passwords or OTPs.

Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method. Bank and payment-provider processing times apply and are outside our control.

Charges billed directly by Meta, WhatsApp, an app store or another third party are governed by that provider's refund rules and are not refundable by Ondravan.
