Terms of Service

Slot Reply is provided by Ondravan Private Limited (CIN U62011TN2026PTC195416), at 19/35 Mount Road, Little Mount, Saidapet, Chennai 600015, Tamil Nadu, India. “You” means the person or organisation that owns the Slot Reply account.

You must be at least 18 and authorised to bind any organisation you register.

Slot Reply provides WhatsApp Business account connection, a shared conversation inbox, business-configured automated replies and flows, message-template management, human handoff and subscription administration.

We may improve or change features. We will give reasonable notice if a change materially reduces a paid service.

Keep account access secure, provide accurate information and tell us promptly at admin@ondravan.com if you suspect unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

You authorise Slot Reply to act on the WhatsApp Business assets you explicitly share through Meta. You remain responsible for:

• Obtaining any consent required before messaging a customer.
• Complying with the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and Meta's applicable terms.
• The accuracy of business information, flows and templates you configure.
• Reviewing automated output and taking over conversations that require human judgement.

Meta may independently restrict a business account or number. Ondravan cannot reverse Meta's enforcement decisions.

Automated output can be incomplete or incorrect. It is not legal, medical, financial or safety advice. You control the information and flows supplied to the assistant and remain responsible for messages sent from your WhatsApp number.

AI-generated replies are an ancillary support feature within the inbox, business-configured flows and human-handoff service. Slot Reply is not a general-purpose AI assistant. You must monitor handoffs and provide customers a clear route to a person when automation cannot resolve their request.

You must not use Slot Reply to:

• Send spam, unlawful bulk messages or messages to people who have opted out.
• Offer, market or facilitate goods, services or activities prohibited or restricted by the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy.
• Transmit deceptive, abusive, infringing or illegal content.
• Impersonate a person or organisation or connect assets you are not authorised to manage.
• Probe, overload, disrupt or attempt to bypass the service's security.
• Resell or white-label Slot Reply without written permission.

Prices are shown before purchase and charged in Indian Rupees through Razorpay. Your selected plan and billing period determine service limits. Meta or another platform may charge separate messaging fees; those charges are not included unless we expressly state otherwise.

Our Refund and Cancellation Policy forms part of these terms.

You retain rights in your content. You instruct us to process it to provide Slot Reply as described in our Privacy Policy. You must have a lawful basis to place customer data in the service.

We work to keep Slot Reply available, but it depends on Meta, hosting, model and payment providers. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance will be communicated where practical.

You may cancel or delete the account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, material breach, abuse, security risk or when required by a platform or law. Data is handled after termination as described in the Privacy Policy.

To the extent permitted by law, Ondravan is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit or loss caused by third-party platform restrictions. Our aggregate liability for Slot Reply in a twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid for the service during that period. Nothing excludes liability that Indian law does not permit us to exclude.
