Summary
Sign up with your business details, verify your phone number with a WhatsApp code and start your 7-day free trial.
New accounts may be open by invitation only for now. If your number gets no code, contact support to be added.
Before you start
- A phone number that can receive WhatsApp messages. You will log in with it.
- Your business name, a business email address and your city.
Sign up

Open the Slot Reply website and select Start free trial.

Fill in Your name, Business name, Business email and Business phone number, then select Continue.
The phone number is the one you log in with. Your receipts and account notices go to the email address.

Choose your Business type and City. Number of staff and What do you mainly want to use Slot Reply for? are optional. Select Create business account.

Open WhatsApp on your phone. Type the 6-digit code you received into the six boxes. It is checked as soon as the last box is filled.
The code expires after 5 minutes. If it has not arrived, wait for the timer and select Resend code. Typed the wrong number? Select Change it.

On Start your 7-day free trial, tick both boxes to accept the terms and the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy. If you have a coupon, select Have a coupon code? first.

Select Start free trial. Your dashboard opens a moment later.
What you should see
- You see Your free trial has started, then your dashboard Home.
- The sidebar shows how many trial days are left.
- No card is needed and nothing is charged automatically.
If something goes wrong
- "We couldn't send the code on WhatsApp."
- Check that the number is typed with the right country code and that it has WhatsApp. Then try again.
- "That code didn't match."
- Type the newest code you received. After 5 wrong tries the number is locked for a while; wait for the time shown.
- "New accounts are currently limited to invited pilot businesses."
- Sign-up is by invitation at the moment. Contact support to ask for a place.
- I left half-way through.
- Come back within an hour and your answers are still there. To start again, select Start with a blank form.
