Before you start

  • An active plan or a running free trial.

Packs

  • Small: 1,000 credits for ₹199.
  • Medium: 3,000 credits for ₹499.
  • Large: 7,500 credits for ₹999.
  • Business: 20,000 credits for ₹1,999.

Prices include GST.

Buy

  1. 1

    Open Settings → AI credits → Buy more credits.

  2. 2

    Choose a pack and select Buy top-up.

  3. 3

    Pay in the Razorpay window.

What you should see

  • You see that the credits were added, and the balance goes up at once.

If something goes wrong

"Choose or renew a plan first."
Credits work on top of an active plan. Choose a plan first.
"Payment received, credits still on their way."
Wait a minute and refresh. If they do not appear, contact support with the payment time.
"Only an owner of this business can buy credits."
Ask the owner to buy the pack.
