When the assistant says nothing is free, or offers no booking times.
Check these

Your opening hours are saved and the day is not a holiday.

At least one person under Bookings → Staff is Active and Bookable, works that day and has no time off.

The service is switched on and ticked for that person. A service that says Done by nobody yet cannot be booked.

In Booking rules, Minimum notice and Book up to allow that day, and booking is switched on under Customers on WhatsApp.

The service's duration fits inside the opening hours and breaks.
